Get Seed Funding Provides Financial Backing to Help Jumpstart Student Innovations
Get Seed Funding is a micro-funding opportunity for CU Boulder undergraduate and graduate students that provides up to $500 in funding for entrepreneurial ideas in the making. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed by the Boulder Venture Club, a CU Boulder student group.
Thus far, $5,950 has been provided to aspiring entrepreneurs and ventures. Below is a list of the most recent student innovations allocated funding:

MaPlace ($100)—Simplifying the student housing search by connecting college students, with verified landlords through a secure, transparent and user-friendly platform

Adin Makes Clothes ($200)—Exploring the intersection of engineering and fashion design
Joe’s Odd Jobs ($100)—Connecting students with members of a community through odd jobs
GameSeven ($100)—Connecting CU Boulder Rec Center members by skill level, sport interest and availability
Arterial ($500)—Streamlining and automating the process of road disconformity detection
HarmoniQ ($350)—A chatbot for simplifying the process of music production
Gravy ($150)—Helping restaurants drive increased traffic dynamically
Mini-mate ($150)—Reducing anxiety/stress via a handheld device that uses machine learning to help identify triggers
