My work focuses on the antarctic toothfish, a keystone species that is not only foundational to the global climate-regulating ecosystem, but also is a species that will likely tell us about our impacts on oceanic physics and ecology.Ìý
I am particularly interestedÌýin seeing if a connectionÌýexists between the potential alterations of oceanic currents due to climate change, and how that could manifest into the AntarcticÌýtoothfishÌýlife cycle movements. I am also passionate about taking knowledge and turning it into action with plans to share research findings with key Antarctic conservation stakeholders.
