Mike Mitchell

Mike Mitchell joined CU Boulder in June 2025 and leads the research development team’s efforts to strengthen research competitiveness. He previously led strategic initiatives and innovation ecosystem development at Florida State University and Florida A&M University, and clean transportation programs at TRC and the Florida Office of Energy. His work emphasizes storytelling as a framework for bringing together diverse interests to explore collaborative solutions to complex challenges.
