Hours & Schedule

For each course, you will meet with an instructor and classmates at a scheduled time online on Zoom (synchronous), and complete additional coursework on your own time (asynchronous.)

Take our online placement test to find out your English proficiency level. The test includes sections in Reading Comprehension, Listening, and Grammar. Once you complete your application, you will receive an email with a link and password to take the test.

Complete Level 8 to meet the university’s English language requirement—no TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo needed—and start by taking our ESL Placement Test to find your level.

Language & Culture

Expand your fluency in English while learning more about American and international culture, the arts, and current events through our Language & Culture courses. Choose from a variety of classes based on your interests and goals.
