The Integrated Design Engineering (IDE) Student Advisory Board is comprised of current students enrolled in IDE in order to help us build an identity and sense of ownership for students and prospective students. ÌýThrough growing camaraderie, the Student Advisory Board improves program culture, communication and engagement in order to expand and strengthen IDE’s culture and academic activities.

The Student Advisory Board focuses on:

• Helping to build and maintain a strong community between students and IDE
• ProvidingÌýadvice and ideas to support to current and prospective students
• Attending and promotingÌýIDE student functions and Advisory Board meetings
• CommunicatingÌýto existing students the importance of their involvement
• Supporting IDE in achieving its goalsÌý

Membership Criteria

Our goal is to have a full membership of 10-12 representatives. Each year, the team accepts new members to serve a multi-year term in order to create a lasting and engaged group of students working towards common goals. The term of membership is yearly while you are enrolled as a student in IDE.
