OIEC assists听programs, departments, and colleges in听understanding indicators of campus听or workplace culture听using institutional survey data. OIEC conducts program evaluation and large- and small-scale surveys to diagnose trends, identify areas of success, and help prioritize efforts for making improvements to the CU Boulder culture.
